I am a life-time commitment. If you are not prepared to spend 10 - 15 years looking after me then do not take me home.

 

If you do, then I am your responsibility, do not make me someone else’s problem. Give a thought to all the rescue workers and especially those who have to perform the euthanisation when my time is up at the pound.

 

How well do you think they sleep at night thinking of all those they couldn't save and think of all the tears they shed for them each day.

 

THINK ABOUT IT before buying your cute little puppy at the pet store.
